information, communication and serve as an educational tool for both the department and the community. The
site has interactive lines of communication that you can use to inform us of suspected criminal activity, criminal concerns,
illegal sublets, quality of life concerns or any other condition you believe we need to know about. You
can do so anonymously or include your personal information so that we can reach you to obtain more information. You
will be able to make complaints, suggestions, or compliments. We will publish safety tips,
advise you of ongoing problems or concerns and at times ask for your help or cooperation. Outstanding acts
of service by our department members or anyone that assists us will be recognized. The site will keep you
up to date on new initiatives we are planning or using to improve our service, reduce crime, and improve our effectiveness.
In order for Public
Safety or any law enforcement agency to be successful we must work together. Everyone that lives and works
in this community has a stake in making this community safe. Please help us to accomplish this mission. I
hope the community visits this site regularly when surfing the web. I consider it an honor to
be the Chief of such a professional department. I recognize that the success of this department is due
